Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social / Programmatic), Global

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. The global marketing team empowers local markets around the world in 20+ offices to translate their acquisition goals into successful marketing plans. 

As a global digital marketing manager, you offer strategic guidance for paid social and programmatic marketing channels, provide measurement frameworks and act as point of contact for our advertising partners. 

Your main focus is to ensure we generate maximum results through (push) digital marketing channels. You can also speak to the importance of other relevant marketing digital channels and are able to provide similar guidance.

 What you’ll do:

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of each local market’s acquisition goals, helping to build and optimize our paid social and programmatic strategy ensuring we reach relevant audiences that ultimately convert into opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve paid social and programmatic performance globally, proactively implement recommendations working together with local teams
  • Perform ongoing audits with a hands-on approach. Make sure accounts are in a good state together with our agencies 
  • Establish a strong experimentation mindset, to find key performance levers impacting the pipeline within a target ROI
  • Work cross-functionally with data teams to ensure our best in class tracking systems and tools are in place, to optimize campaigns with a data-driven approach 
  • Be up to speed on the latest trends and emerging technologies in the digital marketing industry with the ability to translate these to tangible actions impacting our digital marketing strategy
  • Advise on other relevant push channels, such as content syndication, ABM tooling, etc.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and experience in a B2B technology company is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn ads manager and DV360 (or a similar DSP)
  • You have a strong affinity for data, being able to both analyze and present it in a way that drives actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Experience managing a large media budget (+2.5M in annual budget)
  • Experience managing agencies 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
