Your role

You will join as a Director based at the London, UK office. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to work with the practice lead, who is based in the Netherlands. Your focus will be to build the Private Equity practice in the UK and then globally, while being able to lean on the support of our high performing global team. Your role will include:

Building long-term client relations with PE firms through targeted business development and account management
Identifying new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally
Playing a part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFPs, events and networking
Project delivery: provide treasury advisory services tailored to the specific needs and challenges of portfolio companies and geared towards improving financial performance and enhancing value throughout the PE lifecycle
A strong emphasis on collaboration internally and externally

Qualifications to Excel in this Role:

A minimum of 8 years engagement in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Consulting and the Private Equity (PE) industry.
A well-established network within the PE sphere and the ability to foster and cultivate relationships with respected PE firms.
Proficiency in areas of treasury expertise relevant to the PE landscape, encompassing capital structure optimization, cash and working capital management, financial risk management, M&A support, and reporting and analytics.
Relevant professional credentials, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Adaptability to the evolving needs of a growing business and comfort in a dynamic work environment.
Adept at both leadership and collaborative teamwork, depending on the context.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to travel as necessary.
Proficiency in English is a must, and additional language skills would be considered a valuable asset.
