Wat je gaat doen

As the Marketing Technology Implementation Lead for NN International, you will work alongside the Head of Digital Marketing and Leads Generation International to implement digital marketing tools that will support business units in profitable and effective digital marketing and lead generation. You will also work on the Salesforce project to ensure that SFMC is being fully utilised internationally. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing best-in-class marketing technology across NN International
  • Ensuring BUs are implementing the tools and tracking their usage
  • Supporting BUs in effectively using the tools and providing training if needed
  • Monitoring and implementing innovation to keep NN International's Mar Tech ecosystem in line with market trends
  • Acting as a business owner for data/AI marketing use cases run with Data & AI workstream, ensuring their effective implementation in BUs.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Once we know from which country you will perform the job, we will be able to inform you better about the local employee benefits.

Wat je meebrengt

We're looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have an appetite to learn and stay updated with industry and technology trends and best practices are essential. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or related studies
  • +8 years experience in marketing tool implementation (or related) within the financial services industry
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation is highly appreciated
  • Experience in running Data/AI projects in digital marketing or leads generation area
  • Fluency in English is required

Met wie je werkt

You will join the workstream Digital Marketing and Leads Generation. The Digital Marketing and Leads Generation workstream is dedicated to attracting new customers through digital channels using effective targeting and cross-selling techniques, as well as enhancing cost-effectiveness through ROI and conversion optimisation. You will:

  • Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
  • Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
  • External partners and collaborators

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
