We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with a genuine affinity for recruitment and operations. Leveraging your passion for the field, you will be the driving force behind the talent acquisition process and responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of recruitment activities. You’ll be the go-to person for our broader recruitment team of experienced tech, trading, business support, and campus recruiters.

Your core responsibilities: 

  • Serving as the operational and administrative anchor for the recruitment team, handling tasks such as vacancy registration, job creation in our HR system (Workday), advertisement posting, and providing logistical support to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and interviews, ensuring all participants are adequately prepared and informed for each engagement.
  • Utilising our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) daily to maintain candidate information accurately and in compliance with GDPR.
  • Contributing to enhancing our recruitment processes through active participation in projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your skills and experience:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in an administrative, office management, executive assistant, or personal assistant role is a plus. 
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations is also considered a plus.
  • You have an outstanding service-minded focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy going through multiple administrative tasks and ticking things off your to-do list.
  • You can manage multiple priorities and perform well in a demanding and dynamic work setting.
  • You have strong organisational skills, time management skills, hands-on and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
