PwC's Debt & Capital Advisory team (DCA) consists of approximately 100 professionals and is active in more than 20 countries. It is part of the global PwC network and works closely with M&A, Transaction Services, Tax, Accounting, Legal and our other teams.
What does the job involve?
We organise and execute challenging financing and refinancing transactions for companies and private equity firms, for example acquisition financing, growth financing and the refinancing of existing debt. Our solutions range from bilateral financing and club deals to international syndicates, in which we work with traditional banks, alternative financiers and capital market solutions. The DCA team is part of the Corporate Finance department. You are guaranteed a varied job in a dynamic, transaction-driven practice with many ambitious colleagues.
You will be a proactive member of several deal teams and work closely with DCA team members and other PwC specialists both in the Netherlands and abroad. You will come up with optimal solutions because you know which credit providers are active in the Netherlands and what they can offer.

You are a finance professional and ready for a new step in your career. You want to gain new knowledge, share your acquired knowledge, expand your network and contribute to the further growth of our consultancy practice.
- You have completed relevant academic training;
- You have 2 to 5 years' work experience within Leveraged Finance, Structured (Acquisition) Finance, Event Finance, Corporate Clients, Debt Markets or a similar background at a Dutch or foreign bank, you are active as a finance lawyer with affinity for financial markets and / or relevant experience in advising on financing structures focused on Private Equity houses and / or Corporates;
- You have actively contributed to the origination and execution of transactions;
- You are entrepreneurial, have a relevant network and are willing to use this to further expand PwC DCA;
- You enjoy working in a transaction-driven environment where the pace is high;
- You have a good command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written), and can communicate comfortably with peers, senior staff and clients;
- You have a strong work ethic, organisational skills and ability to multitask;
- You like to work in a team directly with customers and you have a clear opinion that you want to share with others;
- You are analytical and have good communication skills
