Your job

Regulatory and strategic driven change and specifically regulatory themes with high impact need to be managed structurally and effectively to meet compliance deadlines in an efficient way. To do so, we are looking for a flexible and hands-on experienced Senior Business Change Manager (Project Lead) who helps integrating ESG into the DNA of our bank. You will manage and execute the delivery of the Risk related sustainable finance regulations initiatives. Steering the inclusion of ESG factors in our credit processes and pricing, taking along colleagues in this transition, have in debt discussions with relevant stakeholders, facilitate approval process, coordinating and tracking its deliverables and managing risks.

Working environment

As a Senior Business Change Manager SFR you will be part of the Change Management Team and report directly to the Pool Head (Change & Lean management) who is part of the MT Business Implementation. You will be working closely together with other project managers and experts in the Sustainability Domain, Financing Solutions and ABF, the Credit and Central Risk Management departments, the P&C departments globally, the various CB client segments (e.g. Commercial Clients and Corporate & Institutional Clients) and other (external) stakeholders (Grids, the bankwide program office and Finance) to manage the change process. After 2 years there is a possibility to move to a different topics.

Your profile

  • At least 7+ years experience in credit risk management or lending activities
  • At least 7+ years of experience in: Project/Implementation Management and Strategy/Regulatory Execution
  • Oversee high complex Bank-wide specific change initiatives 
  • Thought leader who’s able to coach (less) experienced colleagues
  • Excellent communicator who can act as a natural (informal) leader
  • Outgoing, extravert personality who can act on several levels and being an experienced sparring partner for senior management
  • Strong analytical and consultancy skills combined with willingness to dive into the content
  • Easily translate a holistic view in concrete actions

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above (7.449 - 10.614 pm) is based on a 36-hour workweek, including vacation pay and a benefit budget.

  • 5 weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • A Personal Development Budget of Eur. 1,000 per year. You can accumulate this amount up to Eur. 3,000.
