How you will make a difference
You are an experienced marketeer with a strong international vision on ‘your’ customer segment. You are capable to develop customer segment strategies and campaigns from a group perspective. Always finding the subtle balance between international efficiency, one brand and local needs. From your knowledge about your target group and their needs and wants you give advice to optimise the customer experience and customer propositions. To execute this, you work closely together with the proposition developer, the customer experience lead, the local segment marketeers, content and communication colleagues, digital growth specialist and digital development. Hence, you are a strong personality and are organisation sensitive.
Together with your team:
- You will be internationally responsible for the marketing strategy for specific customer segments. From your clear vision on the markets and customers you develop strategic plans and campaigns for customer acquisition, development and retention.
- You will plan, execute and interpret customer, market and competitor research to drive the customer segment marketing strategy and execution.
- You will translate your vision and strategy into a yearly marketing-segment-plan. Including a content and channel strategy, in close cooperation with the local segment marketeers, digital marketing lead and content and communication lead.
- You will provide input to the proposition developers, to develop the most compelling and suitable customer propositions for you customer segment.
- You will define and develop group communication and campaign plans, including a channel and content approach, for your customer segment.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:
- extensive working experience in developing and executing marketing segment strategies
- extensive digital marketing and communication expertise
- experience in working in a complex, international environment
- experience in dealing with a lot of different stakeholders
Your future colleagues
You work in a team of 3 strategic marketeers, where everyone is responsible for his or her own international customer segment. You share experience and best practices how to develop this role. You report to the Team lead strategy & segment marketeers. You work very closely with the local segment marketeers, who also report to the same team lead and are the linking pin to the local markets and local teams. On a group level you work together with the proposition developer(s), the customer experience lead and the group head of business/ personal banking.
